Terms & Conditions
- No cancellation or amendments are allowed 2-days before collection or delivery date. A 50% cancellation charge will be imposed if cancellation request is submitted with less than 48 hour-notice.
- Each amendment is subjected to $3 surcharge and must be made more than 48 hours (2-days) in advance.
- Final designs and general appearance of cakes can vary slightly from chosen design depending on availability of seasonal fruits or decorative accessories.
- All deposits or payments made are non-refundable. There shall be NO cash refunds.
Regarding delivery:
- While “The Royals” shall fulfill all deliveries, “The Royals” shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
- In the event that there is NO One at home or in the office to accept the product(s), the product(s) shall be sent to the nearest Royals outlet for self-collection by the customer.
Your placement of the order through phone or email service is deemed that you have read and accepted the above terms and conditions.
